SOFTWARE

SamWash software is not just a display of the operation of all dispensers and key system components. This is remote control of equipment (any system - from the list of programs on the sensor to setting the pressure for each program) with the ability to change technical parameters. Let's take a closer look at what SamWash washing control options are available to the owner thanks to the full automation of the system using a B&R industrial computer (Austria).

Along with the equipment, the owner also receives configured remote 24/7 access to his car wash from any phone, tablet, or computer.

MAIN SCREEN

The main screen displays what is currently happening at the sink. It is seen by the operator (for control and quick response) and the owner of the MCO. All sensors are connected to the alarm and warning system. With proper monitoring, most accidents and breakdowns can be avoided. If the chemistry or osmosis indicators reach a critical level, then the corresponding program disappears from the menu at the post.

THE MAIN SCREEN DISPLAYS:

• levels of chemicals, fuel, washer fluid (if available) – up to 1 cm;
• pressure sensors (input, network, antifrost) – bar;
• operating parameters of the osmosis system – l/min;
• operating parameters of the buffer system (if available) – liters, bar;
