Our design team was tasked with developing a visually appealing and streamlined appearance for the complex. To achieve this, we used an improved composite material Alubond 4 mm thick, which ensured both durability and aesthetic appeal. In addition, we integrated LED lighting to cover the columns and the attic line, creating a modern and stylish appearance.
GRAPHICS AND COLORS
The largest area of the car wash building is occupied by the partitions between the posts. They can be filled with standard banners, but can become the most attractive graphic element that attracts the attention of drivers. Taking this into account, we have prepared a set of projects so that each investor can choose the option that best suits his aesthetic preferences.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

‧ Number of washing posts: from 1 to 12

‧ Construction: Galvanized, assembled and disassembled on a bolted connection based on galvanized hardware. Arches, supporting beams, metal parts are made by hot galvanizing method. Protected against corrosion and guaranteed for 25 years.

‧ Frame: The structure of the boat is made by the method of hot galvanizing (galvanic galvanizing) - it occurs by immersing the metal from the outside and from the inside into molten zinc at a temperature of about 450 °C. Prevents the negative impact of external factors (snow or rainwater), ensures the development of corrosion processes and does not require additional painting. The profile provides stiffness and strength of the structure, four additional stiffening ribs are used.

‧ Connection: Bolts, nuts, washers, anchors are stainless and galvanized.

‧ Cover: Professional flooring PS-8 ArcelorMittal (Poland). Sheet galvanized steel with a protective or polymer or paint coating applied to it with a protective coating of zinc 250 g/m2.

‧ Partition between posts: Banner fabric of the highest quality with printing varnished with special protection against ultraviolet rays and chemical materials + branded or individual advertising according to your design.

‧ Atika (Decorative elements for roof finishes): It is made of the company's 4 mm thick composite material Alubond with LED lighting. It can be made in any RAL palette.

‧ Facades of the technological premises: Decorated with ceramic tiles or composite material of the company Alubond.

‧ Frame of the sink/frame: Made by the method of rolling from the company's composite material Alubond, 4 mm thick.

‧ Gluing advertising on the attic: Film 800 series.

‧ Drainage of rainwater: It is carried out along the internal walls of the structures and is discharged directly into the sewer, without the use of drains and hanging gutters. Anti-vandal performance.

‧ Complex lighting: Turns on automatically after dusk, controlled by a Schneider controller. The lighting of the sink is provided by linear LED lamps 36 W, 1200 mm long (5 pcs per post) and moisture-proof with the degree of protection IP64 (manufacturer MAXUS).

All components of SamWash group companies are identified and marked by the original manufacturer and the country of origin of the product with a certificate of conformity, which makes it possible to ensure the customer's profit at the level 70% EBITDA.
