TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

‧ Number of washing posts: from 1 to 12

‧ Construction: Galvanized, assembled and disassembled on a bolted connection and on the basis of galvanized hardware. Arches, supporting beams, metal parts are made by hot galvanizing method. Protected against corrosion and guaranteed for 25 years.

‧ Frame: The structure of the boat is made by the method of hot galvanizing (galvanic galvanizing) - it occurs by immersing the metal from the outside and from the inside into molten zinc at a temperature of about 450 °C. Prevents the negative impact of external factors (snow or rainwater), ensures the development of corrosion processes and does not require additional painting. The profile provides stiffness and strength of the structure, four additional stiffening ribs are used.

‧ Connection: Bolts, nuts, washers, anchors are stainless and galvanized.

‧ Cover: Professional flooring PS-8 ArcelorMittal (Poland). Sheet galvanized steel with a protective or polymer or paint coating applied to it with a protective coating of zinc 250 g/m2.

‧ Partition between posts: Made of 10 mm tempered glass of the company Pilkington. Versions - transparent, painted, matte (solid or artistic matting), tinted (bronze or graphite).

‧ Atika (Decorative elements for roof finishes): It is made of the company's 4 mm thick composite material Alubond with LED lighting. It can be made in any RAL palette.

‧ Facades of the technological premises: Decorated with ceramic tiles or composite material of the company Alubond.

‧ Frame of the sink/frame: Made by the method of rolling from the company's composite material Alubond, 4 mm thick.

‧ Covering columns: Composite material - brush

‧ Gluing advertising on the attic: Film 800 series.

‧ Drainage of rainwater: It is carried out along the internal walls of the structures and is discharged directly into the sewer, without the use of drains and hanging gutters. Anti-vandal performance.

‧ Complex lighting: Turns on automatically after dusk, controlled by a Schneider controller. The lighting of the sink is provided by linear LED lamps 36 W, 1200 mm long (5 pcs per post) and moisture-proof with the degree of protection IP64 (manufacturer MAXUS).
